Exhaust Flange - where to buy?

Looking for something for my aftermarket system. 2.5" Dia. bore, have had quotes to have one made at a local laser cutters but they ain't cheap

Looking for 304 stainless but I don't think it's too critical what grade for welding?!?!

Can you buy these off the shelf? If not, anyone know of a good place to have them made up in the west mids?
