Only recently got the 172Cup and the chap that had it before me has fitted a rather large backbox on it. Now it looks fantastic with the twin pipes but it's painfully loud in the car and for long journeys on the motorway I've had to resort to using ear plugs (not an exaggeration!!)
Now I would get a standard cup exhaust fitted back on but he's had to cut a 20cm gap in the rear bumper for the twin pipes.
What I'm after is a backbox that looks good, can fill the gap in the bumper where the old one is currently, but isn't deafening.
Tried searching the net with no luck so looking for some advice from the people in the know.........:hail:
