exhaust gains?

hello does a after market exhaust give much performance at all. because i used to beat my mates 1.6 mini one in a drag race but after he fitted his induction kit and exausts i cant beat him no more. so i was thinking about gettigna exhaust for mine. does it give alot of power gains?

On a 1.4 no, you shouldnt be racing anyway :nono: Strip it and youl have him

haha he was always liek my minis faster than your car, and i keep saying to him mine has more bhp etc and hes still liek my minis faster so i gave him a drag lol. i already taken the spare wheel out lol.

Depends if you get:

Backbox
Cat back system
Decat

Backbox probably does nothing lol
Cat back with give some
Decat with a cat back system will add extra HP but is illegal for an M.O.T and can really smell sometimes..
