Exhaust loudness

Hi people, currently have a an Ashley twin pipe on my ph1 172 and its ridiculasly loud, cant drive the car for more than 30 mins with out a thumping head ache!

So just wanting to know the best type really thats middle ground between looking good, sounding good and performing good. Not to keen on the stealth look either. Thanks :approve:

Ridiculasly you say? I'm going to write that one down!


I would suggest maybe a yozza/ktec stealth. Keeps the back end looking tidy, rather than a Halfrauds special.

I am waiting for my yozza system for my 182 to be ready, from what i have read they seem to be about the best you can get and if you keep the cat they are not what i would call loud. I'm very excited about getting mine now.

Thanks, I can read. I was suggesting that a bin would ruin the look of it.

Have a look for maybe an OMP exhaust, they look quite cool?

K-Tec recessed if you don't fancy the stealth look and want it to look nice and tidy IMO
