exhaust problem

Now this is difficult to explain in English, but I will try.

I lost my 2nd lambdasensor this weekend. It just came out of the gap and banged against the car. I removed the (Milltek) first part where the sensor was located and I saw I have to tap new .... (this is a word I don't know in English, but the thing you screw the sensor in was too thin. It just felt out).
I tried a bolt, but that also falls out.

Someone I know is going to tap new ... (again the word) tomorrow. Can someone tell me what kind of ... it is (metric, mechanic, ... ??) and how big it has to be?

Thank you for helping me :)

so, its lost the nut off the exhaust where the lambda probe screws into? (if that makes sense :)?

I can not screw the sensor in the gap, because that gap became too wide :)
Screwed it in and out too many times

Ah you've lost the thread!

Got there in the end. You need it re-tapping to the correct size for the lambda probe? I'm sure someone can help with the thread size, but could the thread not be measured off the lambda probe itself?
