Exhaust rattle! Asuming heat shield

I know this has been asked a million times, but I can't seem to find an answer.

I am assuming my exhaust it rattling against a heat shield as its touching it right above the rear beam:

I've tried bending it away but it just reverts back to sitting against the exhaust, shall I remove it?

EDIT: Yeah I know I spelt assuming wrong!

There is! Although if I put a bolt through it, it would pull it the wrong way, or am I missing the point?

No worries mate, not much a big pair of swan grips cant fix

It's the rear heat shield. The fasteners break and the shield comes loose. Get some self tapper nuts and flat washers and fit them instead of the spring clip type fasteners.
