"All the Clios are coming up highlighted in red which means they have put a stop on them...must be some kind of recall as theyve gone out with something missing or something"

24th July!!!!

First they said 20th June - then they said 9th July - now they have told me 14th July!

I havent even been given a date

Ive only got a letter saying they ( broker ) will only contact me when it arrives at the dealers

Dont know if thats the norm or should i have been given a specific date.

When i ordered it i was just told 6-8 weeks - 3 weeks ago now.

Ok I ordered my car online and today I have had a letter stating that it has been placed on factory order and it will be delivered to the dealer in mid August. Given that it was ordered sometime this week just gone, is that date likely seeing as some people are waiting 8 weeks for the car and the factory is due to close????????????????

I assume the Renault dealer placed the order with the factory and that was the date they were given and just passed it on to the online broker so it could be accurate?

Ive been told that my car will have to wait until September.

Ive been told that the factory in France gets closed down for the month of August! (which is kinda true because I remember suffering the same wait when I bought my current Clio now).

My order was entered about 2nd week of June. So if I pretend I have a delivery of 1st September - thats a total of 10 weeks!

And I still havent got a delivery date yet from my dealer.

I think it all depends on where your car is in the queue

I guess it depends on whether its in the queue for build to be started on it or whether its actually made it into the factory and theyre churning it out before factory closure.

Gosh! You guys are patient...

Wanted arctic blue with cup spoiler pack... but the wait was too long... so I took the one in the show room (no spoiler pack), an I picked it up the next day (7 miles on the clock)....

That was the beginning of April.

Mine was a Friends/Family deal, so in order to get the 30% off, it had to be a new order etc, not a stock car.

So for 10,800 on the road, with cup spoilers and cup suspension I couldnt argue really with delivery dates!
