  Petrol Blue 182.
After my first fail wheel

Photo0209.jpg

The opposite one decided to come off, have no idea why it done it, in all the times ive had the wheels on, they havn't fallen off (with exception of the first time lol)

had to tap and die the hub and bolts! everything is secure again, was just lucky that i was reversing into a parking space at the time!

Damage done:
Small crack in wing.
Bumper clip snapped
Hub needed a re-die

OUCH!

How?

Do not have a clue! the adapter was still bolted onto the wheel, so the bolts inide the adapter have come away from the hub, can only quess I didn't do those up tight enough when I last had the wheel off and they've worked themself loose

Two wheels!? You are lucky neither one happened when you were driving at any speed! I'd be looking to identify the cause ASAP before another one dropped off.

The first one came off due to me having to run a 10mm spacer behind the adapter, as the adapter was fouling the brake cradle, resulting in me not having enough thread on the bolt for it to be secure enough on the hub. Im not running the 10mm spacers anymore as I have diffrent hub adapters, so there is plently of thread now.

WHAT THE f**k!!!! your serious about wheel arch gap aint ya

yes lol! ;)
