false floor amp fixing

im trying to figure out a way of fixing my amp to the supports under my false floor?

as you can see that the amp(grey box) was put on battons like the (orange ones shown) it will be too close to the top but they are only about 1" thick.

anyone got any ideas???

I did the same thing with mine, but I put a thin sheet of MDF underneath. I screwed the amps (two of them) to the MDF, screwed some pine supports to the MDF and screwed the whole amp/mdf/pine setup to the false boot floor. I cut some holes in the false floor and use a router to put a groove around the edge of the holes and inlayed some black fine-mesh grille, then carpeted over the lot with cut-outs where the grilles were. Looks quite neat, except I screwed the amps in a little bit crooked and now I cant be bothered pulling it back up to straighten them lol
