Anyone in the south east area need any work done???

Just had a cam,power steering and fan belt change for £180 using genuine parts including labour etc.........all done in half a day and he even made me a cuppa!

Beat that at your local Renault dealer!! I dont think so!!

Dodgy you may say! but you would be wrong!! he does full services and brake checks to boot and has top of the range diognostic machines.

No i didnt, he checks not only only the part you want to change but also looks elsewhere which is whats good about him, any potential future problems can be sorted there and then and he keeps you up to date on everything and more importantly shows you the parts hes removed!!

And he works while your there!! no cloak and dagger stuff! pukka and up front.

just seems daft not to change the pump when doing the belt, there notorious for leaking through the bearing too

Id rather be daft and save a s**t loada money, than pay out a wadd at renault getting something done that doesent need doing!! my dad had a montego estate for nearly ten years and never did half as much as you lot do to your cars and that did well over 170k.

I think he meant, is daft not doing the water pump at same time as cambelt fella. Cambelt has to come off to do this job, so rather than it fail, should have done it at same time.

im sure if you had payed the cheap guy a little extra he would have changed the water pump... which would be wise as it will cost virtually the same as you have payed already if that fails....
