That sound we were talking about when you back off from accelerating in the Williams, i have it too (a whining sound like a kids pullback toy car being let off). Riplashs Williams has it too. Apparently it might be the heater matirx. Remember i said that my Silvia had the same noise, well it was the heater matrix that went in that too, so it might be right.

Im going to try to look into it.

If your reffering to a little whine noise the its the fan motor.....

it wont do it on the 2nd speed setting.

Nah.. its a sound that occurs in any gear when backing off the throttle.. Sounds a bit like air/water sloshing.. have read on here in the past it may be air in the cooling system, or a partially blocked matrix, as it eminates from the passenger footwell..
