As per another post, im planning to fit the willy wider track setup to my valver but ive been told the tyres might catch the arches if i have it lowered - seems likely knowing waht like the valver is!

If youve had experience of a lowered willy could you tell me how bad the catching actually is (e.g only on full lock etc)?



Itll only be down -35mm.....

I have -40mm at front with no problems running 195/5015s.

Out of interest, what make of springs do you have? Better still, do you have an pics m8?

I have coilovers, no pics though dont have camera/phone.It is pretty low though the front tyre is about level with the arch but fits under.

i have mine lowered 60-70mm all round

Should have been more clear, it does catch a lot but only on full lock.

yep mines lowered 40mm on standard shocks and avo springs, does catch on full lock but it dont worry me too much
