Fast tinny rattle from gearbox (goes when pressure applied)

Hi,
Bit of a problem.I get a tinny rattle coming from my gearbox when under load. It happens only occasionally, generally in first or third gear, or when selecting a gear. It completely goes when I apply any type of pressure to the gear stick. Any ideas? kind regards

Yeah my clutch bearing is definetly on the way out, confirmed by Mick and Diamond Motors. Didn't think this would be related?

May be far from but in the video that sounds like a loose exhaust hanger or blown baffles?

Maybe I'm deaf?
