Finally got round to getting a 3M headlight kit and sorting out my yellowing lights.

Got some Autosol on the exhaust too

Next job is a live remap at RS Tuning. Pretty pricey but it does need doing. Got a real flat spot when the engine's cold.

Finally got the car remapped at RS Tuning today. I damaged an ABS sensor going through a f**king huge puddle in the Lakes this week and it had to go in. I thought I might as well get it mapped while it's there.

Its gone from 172BHP to almost 179BHP. I had almost no preconceptions or hopes so I'm neither delighted nor distraught just yet. I'm told it's more about the smoothing of the range and improved torque rather than sheer power gains. Sadly I was unable to get my foot down out of Leeds city centre at 5pm. I'll have to go for a blast tomorrow. That's probably it for me now, power wise. I would love to go further but I sadly can't afford to compromise the car's reliability.

Next jobs - new splitter. It's got to be a fabia one for the price hasn't it?

Roof needs paint. Only £100 but it's just finding the time to do it.

And seat belts. Need some shiny silver ones as these are embarrassingly filthy.

Pull them out and close the door to hold them in place. Soak in all purpose cleaner, brush, and jetwash. Its amazing how much cleaner they come out!

then just wrap them around the steering wheel/gear knob etc to dry.

I see a KTR Induction kit. I'm assuming you have a decent cat back and a sports cat or decat?

Yeah, decat mate. Scorpion exhaust. That could do with replacing to be honest. It's sounding rough lately.
