well i only got my car on the 30.11.02 and noticed two weeks later that it only had six months road tax instead of the 12 that should have been there, been trying since then to get the b******s to give me my money....sent a final letter last week advising that unless i received a cheque within 14 days i would be issuing a small claims summons...todays post arrived and a cheque at last !!!!!!!!
