Looks great, enjoy it!

Very nice mate!
Very nice dude, IMO all you need to do is get fresh number plates, a 197 RS badge and washer blanks. Then would be top class man!
Very nice car mate! I viewed this myself Last Thursday!
Thanks Andyy, any particular reason you didn't buy it?
It's got a dephaser rattle and needs front arch liners and the external temp sensor sorting out.
After spending £1K+ on mine in the last 5 months.. I had to say no to it..
Other than that she's tip top!
Great, just comparing notes! yeah I noted everything you've mentioned so glad you said what you did. I'm just getting my head round this whole de-phaser scenario, will it be ok to drive for a while till I've got the cash to get it done, due to the nature of the change, I'll just get the cam/aux belts done too. They were done in 2011, 18k ago.
Yeah it will be okay with the dephaser rattle for a few months. How bad is it?
When the time comes go to Mick@Diamond Motors in Long Eaton. He's our local specialist!
Thanks for the tip regarding the local specialist! Its not crazy loud, so should be ok for a while.. I've not got anything to compare it with so not overly maybe @Andyy could give us his input?
Any ideas in terms of the costs for this, just so I know what to aim for.

£590 with the VAT for belts and dephaser at present using genuine Renault parts
There's no law that states how long a dephaser pulley will last i'm afraid. One variable that seems to make a huge difference is regular oil and filter changes but I'd personally expect a 100% new dephaser to last a good three to five years with proper regular servicing (Minimum once a year IMO but I always do my cars twice a year).
The water pump isn't essential at the time of timing belt but if you can stand the bill then there's no harm. Shame there's no UK stock of them though at present and I've heard rumors that we won't see any until June but Adam will be in a far better position than me to comment on that subject.
Mick
I've seen one explode before but that wasn't anything to do with the pulley itself. Normally they go noisy and stay noisy and just effect power delivery and fuel consumption.
could be it was never replaced when the timing belt was done?
If STRbramley had the belts done in his ownership I'm sure he could confirm, but there are plenty of cars out ther that have had the dephaser skipped for lack of knowledge/need/wanting to save £150 odd by just having the belt kit done.
The dephaser was never replaced during my ownership as it had already been done in 2011 (Which is why I bought it). I'm sure the receipt showed that it had also had the dephaser done but then again this could have been bodged.
Dephaser is not a service part and as such does not need to be changed at belt interval. It's just good practice.
That's a Gates timing belt kit and an auxiliary drive belt
Stunning. .
