Finally...

After a long wait i'm going to view a 197 tomorrow morning. Hopefully if i'm offered enough for my car i'll be buying it.

It isn't my first choice of colour but i still like it.

It's on an 07 plate,
Red,
Xenons,
Climate,
Cabasse 6 disc CD and uprated Stereo.

i dont think you will get offerd what you want for your car. at the mo. what ever price you have in your head take about £500 of it.

197 sounds a nice one. there is a lack a red ones on here i think. and they look great

Ultra-Red looks great when it's waxed-up!! Brightest colour in the range imo (when it's sunny) lol ...Nice spec too!

I'm not fussed about Recaros either, they're nice but so are the standard ones - so why pay extra! I think many people want the Recaros just because they are Recaros!! I'm not dissing them though, I'd be happy with either tbh!

I think what you said about the Recaros is very true. Don't worry there will be plenty of polish, wax and elbow grease going into it

Agree on the seats. If you were to compare the 182 seats to the Recaros, then its a different matter. The 182 squshy seats are just normal Clio seats covered in fake leather/flannel The 197 standard jobs are really good, very supportive Good spec there, probably has tints + folding mirrors to? I have the same bar the Xenons.

Not sure about the tints or the folding mirrors.
