Have it on my PC at home but its doing my head in every now and again it will shut down, and then when i re-open firefox it asks if I wanna restore session, anyone else had this, any fixes for it?

dunno a fix, but ive been through options and disabed where it asks if you wanna restore the session and it still asks.

i also have a problem with lots of websites with videos on, it says i need a plug in for windows media player 11. i try install the plug in and it just fails.

ironically i have windows media player latest version on the pc :S

what are you lot moaning for, the restore session is a great feature, its invaluable for me, allows me to open my 50 tabs i keep open every time i start up and when itcrashes i get them all back again.

If its the crashing you are moaning about then ok but the restore is a great feature.

FM, I also had the thing with WMP, I NEVER solved it i'm afraid after a lot of messing around and asking loads of geeks they couldn't work it out, tried everything, trawled loads of forums etc, seems it a not fixable bug!

I managed to solve it in the end with a full system restore

So you're asking how to stop it crashing? Putting the bit about sessions into your question just confuses things.

Have you tried reinstalling it?

Yea reinstalled it asnd installed with latest version, its obviously an on-going fault if its happening to other people too, it happens at least once a day
