fiting maxogen do i have to remove acoustic valve?

You don't have to...but it means you'll have access to run an angled feed from the ground/grill to the opening of the ITG! Doesn't need to be connected nor does it need to be in your grill...Just angled!

bit confused m8 so i dont need to disconect it just leave it in and replace the induction box witha maxogen?
im not puting a caf in im just using the standard one.

You can leave it there just pull the ducting off the acoustic valve so it doesn't get in the way.

you can leave it in but it takes 10 secs to remove, and it will create turbulence in the air flow, advise you to remove the bracket holding the horns, then remove the valve, then fix bracket back on, tape a screw inside the vacumm hose coming of the valve to level out idle. then id get some air ducting and join it to where the valve came off down to the grill at the bottom
