Fitting Alpine Type R Comps

How do I go about fitting these? The old speakers have a clip on it but the new ones dont and I don't have a Soldering kit. Is there any other way I can get these to fit?
Also which wires are positive and which negative as I don't knowwhich one to attach where.

Managed to get em to work somehow (guess work)
Haven't fitted the tweeters yet as I'll wait for my Amp to arrive before doing all that.
Will probably ressurect this thread once it comes through and I need some more help.
