Fitting climate control to a 182 cup/trophy?

As i've seen with various other mods from the full fat model, is it just a case of replacing the control panel with a climate control one, plug and play? If so will both 172 and 182 control panels fit or just 182, or neither?
Or is it, as i suspect, not realistically possible?
I don't even use the air con but CC would be cool to have.

Ive always wondered whether the CC panel would still operate the aircon? Still a worthwhile mod imo..!

IIRC the UCH needs changing/playing with as well.

Why isn't it very good ?? You set it , the temp remains constant , that's what CC was designed to do . So whats the problem ? Mines always worked perfectly fine .

it is a shame it doesnt have CC but its not something you will 'miss' as such.

Yup, mine also works spot on in the 182. Set it to what i want, job done.

I do miss it ! Jump into any other car without CC and it seems you have to keep playing with the controls just as i had to in my old 1.2


Nice features of the CC is also the quick access buttons for clearing the screen etc.. quick whack of the button and ur done. Much nicer then playing with knobs
