Fitting Momo Steering Wheel + Ph1 dash conversion to Ph2

Hi Guys, new to this forum and the world of Clio's.

Looking to convert my dash from Ph1 to Ph2. Need an idea of costs, availability of parts and difficulty?

Also if I was to purchase a momo wheel is it a simple plug and play??
