Fitting my braided hoses + what fluid to use

Had a quick look on the forum, but after some advice on fitting them. Also going to do a full system drain and bleed.
So after advice/tips when replacing them? What order to bleed them in? Have a Gunsun EazyBleed kit, so that should help.
And what is likely to break when unding things so I know to have new ready when I come to re-fit everything! Worth getting bleed nipples just incase? The hoses are from K-tec, they said they come with everything needed.

And what fluid? Car is used for track days, not used daily, but not after anything that will only perform in track conditions, I don't want to drive to tracks on the edge!

Fluid wise I run motul RBF. Good stuff and not all that expensive either.

Is that the RBF600 Dot 4? Found some on line and just wanted to make sure. And the guides say 1l is needed for a full change and bleed
