Evening all,
Just fitted some alcantara interior trim. Dash strips and handbrake cover took 2mins, A-pillars took a darn sight longer and were a PITA to take off the old ones and get the new ones on.
Anyway, passenger one sits really nicely, but drivers side A-pillar was missing the clip on the back. I have tucked the rubber seal in all the way along and it will stay in place. BUT... because the clip is missing it doesn't sit flush at the top and looks untidy.
Just wondering what my options are to get it to sit flush?
1. Subtle screw into the headlining? Is this possible or headlining not strong enough?
2. Glue of some sort? (will probs look aids)
3. Something else suggested by you lot, I am relying on some CS knowledge here!!
All suggestions welcomed Thanks
