FK Coilovers

...not the usual question.

How do I remove the back adjusters? Ive got the springs out and removed the fronts completely. I just cant remove this thing:

Is it threaded onto it or something?

There was a bolt underneath, which I removed:

But I just cant get the rest of it off. Really annoying me now.

Any help appreciated.

Tried that (hammer doesn't fit in the hole at the bottom so put a socket on the adjuster bit and hit that. Still nothing. Looking at the H&R guide I cant see any thread etc so guessing it just sit there but is stuck solid.

Mine were seriously stuck after only 3 months, ended up using a lump of timber & hammer.. problem solved .. took some fooking banging though lol
