Also haven't had chance to upload pics of exhaust only did a video.

Here are some pics...

Driving back to GDI 2moro to get it remapped as new cams have gone into it. It's pulling like a biatch!

Power output before viper, exhaust, high torque billet cam's was 182bhp and 173lb.ft torque as seen below...

That was just from a de-cat, inlet manifold work and stm6 (stock ik and exhaust).

what did you use for the exhaust surround chris?

I bought a 182 exhaust trim from renault wolverhampton. £16.

Then fitted it at the body shop @ college!

I think it's a must if you want to cut into the bumper for your exhaust so it doesn't hang low. It tidies it up loads and looks smart.

yeh it does... nice job.. problem i have though is mine is cut in and a letter box style!.. so your way is a no-go for me i guess! bugger... cheers tho

What like a rectangle? Is it a twin exhaust? If so you wouldnt be able to use the 182 surround as it's not big enough unless you have pea shooter pipes.

yeh its like an Oblong (love that word)... so couldnt use two really either.. its bloody annoying!! was thinking of useing an MG surround but might be too OTT

Cam's are just custom high torque billet's from Andy @ GDI. Think they were about £700 inc vat and postage.

Fitted for £180 through some mechanical lecturers @ college!

It was producing 166bhp as standard if I recall correctly. GDI did my inlet work.

It will be r/r'd tomorrow and i'll let you know the results and get some pic's of it dropped to the floor.

We had 4 sets of coilovers come seperate from the Palette and only 3 showed which i signed for

Yours had our address wrong on them so took 2 days longer, think i spoke to your Girl/Wife/Fiancee/Mum/Sister lol to clarify this

166-182 is a nice gain i'd be happy with that! I've got inlets, decat,IK, zorst and Dastek going on in the next couple of wks! I'd be happy of a figure around what u've got.

I'd imagine you'd be into the 190's with Cams!
