Flat Tyre..flat flat..

Ok as the title surgests.
I have 2 flat tyres not even showing 1psi on the compressor, its been stood stationary. BUT how do i get them with 5psi in so i can use the normal air pump things.
Ive got a rac thingy and that was running for 10 mins an still no pressure showing, also had the footpump going and now have legs like jean claude van teddy.
Yes ive had the tyre off an took it to a mates tyre place ages ago but it was showing no problems and it shouldnt as its bloody new tyres, had the valves checked also but ive lost air pressure over time for some reason.

Any help will do?

If the car has been sat on them while they're flat then they may have nipped the sidewall, check the insides

Flat tyre my ARSE... I forgot to say the car is on a slight hill an im parked long ways across it, just been using a tyre inflator from tesco and i seen the tyre start to go up, it was running for 6 mins an would not go past 20 psi. Banged a digi psi gauge on an its at 40.5psi. the max is 44psi.

Lesson today was, use cheap crap then expect to get the crap with it.
