Ollie's Silver Cup
Are your mirrors green yet? :rasp:
Still looking into polo carb windows too. Just wondering how hard they are to fit?
Fronts or rears mate? Fronts are easy backs are harder.

That photo from 'Combe looks awesome!
I asked Matt at TDF about poly carbs as he's doing a 172 racecar at moment. He said they don't remove the glass themselves they get a glass fitter to remove it because if it breaks its difficult to remove all the little
pieces of glass left bonded on. Actually fitting the poly carbs should be fairly easy I reckon.
I said you wanted to smash it with a hammer and Matt advised against it LOL
Fletch do you want to purchase my 2118's?
And he's not wrong either it's a total s**t to do. Had a fitter in to do mineI asked Matt at TDF about poly carbs as he's doing a 172 racecar at moment. Get a strait through 90* bend for the maxogen then a bit of tube in to a Tesco value bitter can FTW
I shall have a full set of hoses and some induction pipes going the weeked if you do need some pipe. have you driven with the 888s on yet
i think i will need some as mine are borderline illegal atm but fine for track.
nothing else yet just playing around with a few fancy induction options atm.
yeah i am supprised at how long they have lasted tbh.
I shall do need some ideas on what else to take out but leave the front semi normal for a bit of comfort (if thats possible in a clio)
green rollcage?
what cams are you thinking of fletcher? i though you was going down the itb route?
can you use either of the stated cams on the standard ecu?
Fletch, buy me a seat, please.
IIRC you can use the new K-tec cams without any problems with the standard ECU, the 421s are a bit trickier but also can work with the standard ECU.
