Quick update..

As I can't drive the thing ATM I might as well remove move weight..

I've now removed the front speakers, and HU. And I have started with the holesaw now, car is starting to get nice and light. :approve:

I'll get some pics up tomorrow.

Yes mate. I was chatting about getting it weighed last night, it must be pretty light now.

Yeah I still plan on getting rid of the aircon, depends if I have the funds for it, all my money is going on the house still :dapprove:

Had mine weighed on the MOT brake tester, came in at 910kg. The tester said it was spot on accurate, im not to sure myself. But yours has alot less in it than mine, so it must be light!!

910kg is bloody light mate.

I've got to get as much weight as possible, because the roll cage will probably add another 40-50kg :dapprove:

Tbh mate it's been laid up for the last week, I put about 60 miles on, but this weekend the new dephasers going on, plus a fresh oil and coolant change, then iv gotta sort a subframe out, then it's pretty much useable

after that the list is just niggly bits

Lowered the front 10mm or so. Pics taken just after, so not settled yet. Considering the H&R's had not been adjusted for getting on for 5 years 60k odd the passenger side went down without any probs the drivers side was a bit stiff mind.

You still have a dash your not trying hard enough. cage is being fitted on monday evening will give you a ring then

I have decided to go all out performance now been looking at a few more performace enhancing bits and bought some slicks tonight. the seat may be put back in for a few passenger rides

I gave the nearside light a bit of TLC a few weeks back Tim, following my guide. The offside light needs some attention also.
