I used to live with housemates like that who ruined some games for me. Was annoying! Get him a profile on the xbox (doesnt have to be connected to live) and let him have his own garage.
Pretty sure you said it was s**t tonight, Ya f**k?!LFA was brilliant when I used it .

theres one thing i cant do in this game, and thats Drifting, im utterly s**t at it, cant seem to get the back end to step out atall,
It's harder to drift with Sim steering on for sure.
Are you using traction control I've got a car I made and setup which is so easy to drift. Add me dannyjroberts and send a message requesting drift car and I'll stick it on storefront cheap
Ah traction control, thats the only assist i have on,, il add you when im on later,
Loads of cars can be good just depends how you tune them. one of my personal favourites is the exige. all depends on what track you use though. tbf without live your missing quite alot from the game.
Here's what I use most often for our online races. I tend to go for lightness and handling over brute power.
C Class - '71 Skyline GT-R
B Class - '92 NSX-R, '89 MR-2, Escort Cosworth
A Class - '02 NSX-R, E92 M3, Z3M, 1M
S Class - F40, LFA, 599 GTO
They're not the most friendly cars to drive with sim steering, being mostly mid-engined but they're really well balanced.
You've got to use sim steering, no aids and the clutch for the full experience though. Anyone not using everything is really missing out.
Internet connection would be easy enough - I could just switch it from my freesat to the xbox. If I can't race on line without paying though what would be the point?
Also if all my game data is saved on the hard drive, would I have to start again from scratch if I were to buy a new xbox?
