Friends old Liquid Yellow phase 2 - how rare?

Im pretty sure it was a 182 .. That's my guess at the moment anyway.
My friend sent me a few pictures of her boyfriends old clio .. first seeing the LW paint and then seeing it had climate control and built in satnav .. how many of these where made?!

If that is indeed VO54FFS, it's got the wrong engine in it. And under the dash has been chopped about to accommodate disability controls.

The real worry is the original owner opted to pay extra for the paint and satnav (really poor equipment from what I've heard) but no cup packs!!

If it was a disabled driver, I can't imagine lower and stiffer suspension was a concern of theirs.
