Front Fogs on a Ph1 172

Before you shoot me down, its not because i want to drive around with them on. i just want to get them working lol

Flick the s/w on the stock, light on the dash comes on, but neither my front fog lights come on, and only one rear. fuse is okay all relays are in, not on the floor hanging out etc?

Anyone have any thoughts

is the loom pluged in ? sound simple but it may have been removed before ? have yopu tested the bulbs? (doubt both would have gone but its worth checking?)

where is the loom plugged in?

Also i've just noticed when i put my foot on the brake peddle, the rear fog light, light on the dash comes on, not sure if there related???
