Front Seat Nut Torque?

Anyone know please?

Couldn't find it in the manual or Haynes and the best result I got searching online was,

"...front 35nm rear front 44 rear 21."

They're only M8 studs on the 172/182 seat.

So I wouldn't go over 30Nm.
