fuel is pumping before ignition?

  renault clio 1.2 16v
hey, my car wouldnt start about 3 weeks ago, replaced the crank sensor as that is what code was showing up, did nothing so i then replaced the whole engine bay loom, this had triggered the immobiliser which i reset with the key and now when i turn the key to pos 2 its pumping fuel into the engine and i can see some fuel coming from between the manifold cover and engine block, any ideas? i have a 1.2 16v 02 clio extreme, im new so sorry if i offend anyone

Do you mean before you crank the engine? You need it to prime before cranking otherwise you won't have as much fuel at the injectors to fire up smoothly.

Fractured/disconnected fuel line? Take the cover off and check the feed to the throttle body.

Cant illustrate it clearly on pic but, if you look at the Oil filler cap (yellow one). Follow it down and you'll see (just to the right of the engine mount, just after the plastic cover ends) a piece of plastic with a reflective mark on it (put by someone on that pic). This is your problem, it is the inlet for your fuel rail, often it is not pushed in properly. Make sure it is pressed ALL THE WAY DOWN. It takes a flat head screwdriver and a hammer to push it down properly. Doing my hand will only get you so far...

A small amount is normal, however it shouldn't keep "priming" endlessly. I'm not too clued up on the clio fuel systems, could be a ventilation issue/return feed blocked? Hopefully someone else can offer some advice on this. If in doubt though, maybe worth getting a trusted garage or local specialist to check or if there are any friends or local members you could travel to and compare yours with? I'm guessing it's not always done this, or is it just something you've noticed recently?

I'm talking about hearing the noise of the fuel going from the tank to the front... The leakage is probably that the return is blocked, but on a forum no one is going to be able to help much really. It needs looking at rather than multiple guesses. OP - I'd take it to a garage or phone the AA/RAC if you are a member.

from the video it appears your injector/rail is leaking. This could possibly be due to them not being fitted correctly or a crack in the plastic of the rail. I suggest taking it off and checking it. Also the noise in the video is that the noise you hear??
