Good service for 182 nr Cardiff

Hi guys,

My 182 is now due for its 24000/ 2yr service and i'm looking for peeps recommendations on where i should take it in or around Cardiff.
I only work around the corner from Renualt Cardiff but after my gf's experiences with them and her clio, i was wondering if there were any independent specialists around here?

i was in the same predicament when i had my 182, i ended up taking it to an independant garage in llanishen (not renualt specialist). bought parts from renault myself and paid for 1hour labour with VAT receipt and book stamped.

Definately dont take it to cardiff renault on penarth road, i've never met such a bunch of unorganised rude jumped up people!

there's a reanult minute somewhere in cardiff but they still wanted £260 for the 24K service i think

I always took mine to Rentech in Portsmouth - worked out cheaper than Cardiff Renault even with petrol included! plus Mike knows what hes doing and the car is safe!

What garage in Llanishen did you use Rhys?

it's called llanishen mot and service centre. Its by the dvla office. Just an independant garage though that will service anything. I only took it there because they were the only place that would charge just an hours labour and stamp my service book and provide VAT receipt.

South Wales badly needs a renault specialist. Theres a peugeot specialist in bridgend and a good one in swansea, just nothing for renault!
