Greyish clio with half finished body kit in swansea!

just come back from work (6pm) and as i got on the round about by Mcdy's there was a clio waiting o join, silver/ greyish with i think was a combat body kit fited, which wasnt sprayed, had some stickers on it aswell. wondering if it any1 off here?
