Smashing into the car ahead seems to have no impact on it at all. Doesn't unsettle it in the least. Racing cars on the limit and you get shunted rear quarter, yet your car is still glued to a line? Amazing. Well worth waiting 5 years for.

Even this thread is over 2.5 years old - lol.

Its almost got to the point where no matter how flawless, how perfect a game it will be. Will anyone actually care?

I still think releasing Prologue was one of the worst things Polyphony (or Sony?) could have done. Within 2-3 months of the games' release - it would have worked. Instead, it's just extended the seemingly drawn-out, death row wait for this bloody game....

Has this been delayed yet again? Game are showing its release date as 12/2010 now instead of November. Only bought my PS3 on release day because of GT5, and its been about 3 f**king years now.

So the games been delayed and they know everyone is pissed off, so to appease everyone they say "oooh look what we've been doing, we've made a pretend car that is not and probably will never be real."

Went to the mcm expo at excel today and found this on the shop to stand so thought it would be rude not to have a go

selected a lambo lp640 and went on the nurburgring, i wasn't sure what to expect after playing the terrible prologue version and that time trail thing they released a few months back but i can happily say the version i played was a hell of a lot better than both of them. Handling seemed very good for a pad and the level of detail on show is very good, didn't suffer from any nasty slow down issues either. I'm actually looking forward to the expected December release now, gonna be epic with a wheel....

That replay with the Uber motor looks absurd. I know it's a game but no car on earth could corner like that. Looks like a Knight Rider chase scene where they speed up the film.

Have you read the article? The only reference he makes to GT6 is:

"There were a lot of things we couldn't include in 5 that will carry over into 6, so in that respect, development has already started".

Meaning that they have plans for 6 that they couldn't include in 5.

I don't care if they've got things in the pipeline for GT8!

They've messed about far too much, it's embarrassing!

The game better be as life changing as the extinction of the dinosaurs otherwise it's a MASSIVE fail.
