R rossy Aug 5, 2005 #7 me dads m8 is gunna do them for nowt!! he sprays motorbikes n scooters n does some alloys sometimes aswell so they should be in safe hands

F Fred@BTM Car Lionel Richie Aug 9, 2005 #11 youll struggle to fully strip them back to bare metal, unless you have chemical tanks and a sand/shot blaster like us you need to key the surface using wet and dry (600) then degrease then prime then topcoat (2-3 coats) then clear (2-3 coats) much easier to do with the tyres removed too!!
