H&R Coil Over Question

I have got a set of H&R Coilovers apparently fully adjustable front and rear, but i am stumpt on how to adjust the rear suspension as there is no thread like the fronts

probably me just being stupid but if u knwo how please let me know

its the metal large bolt thing, goes under the springs and adjusts them
