H&R coilovers waiting time

ive know had my h&r coilovers on order now for 5 weeks, i keep speaking to k-tec and they keep giving me exueses last 1 being that its a hoilday period in germany at the moment so the factory is on a go slow. what you guys think, just really want them now!!!!

Don't H&R send direct to the customer, once order and payment is received from the vendor?

Or is that just Eibach??
