New version has music to play along with.

Hook it up to your stereo and wind your windows down in traffic.

Funny as fook...... ;)

get it set up correctly, this is way to much neg camber for your liking

At least when doing a lot of day to day driving me thinks.. love H&R 's , love 'em

It is gonna be set up properly, just waiting for the lad to get time to do it...

Sorted it out today, took the back nicely lower, and levelled the front down and went lower too, got some catching on the arch liner though, so I need to do something with that before it wears through onto the bumper bracket....anyone got any advice/ideas?!

my tactic was carry a stanley for the first 1000miles, whenever you hear a rub, cut off whats rubbing :approve:

Haha, I like that idea!

Might lift it up over the weekend and cut the offending bit away, but I know it will catch on the bumper bracket.....

I ground my bumper brackets down... it's the best way to avoid hurting £110-worth of PE2 :(

Just the excess was trimmed... and Andy's and mine are about the same height

on mine with H&R's ive moved the bumper bracket back, took out all bits of plastic that stick out, and hammered the stupid metal lump in the passenger wheel arch in ( need to heat it first ) Doesnt rub after mallory rubbed away the last bits.

Your on Gaz arnt you Chris ? Yours are probably stiffer :)

Hmm, I'd rather not grind anything though....although I know it is probably the only way!!

It isnt catching much so hopefully it will just stop once I cut the arch liner piece out, although it isnt far to wearing through!

Does the tyre make a differnt noise when on the bracket compared with the liner?

Note, camber is no longer that negative, I sorted it out today!
Hopefully getting set up properly asap when the lad is free.

looks good Joe, that all the way down on the rear ? sorted the rubbing yet ?

It's still got the nut thing on the rear assembly, and about 10mm between the bottom of the platform and the trailing arm, but i'm quite happy with how it sits to be honest.

Not sorted the rubbing no, its gonna eat through the arch liner pretty quickly I think, gonna get it in the air tomorrow and see what I can do. Did you just grind you bumper bracket back?

looks awsome dude nearly as low as my 5 :)

we need to catch up soon defo i havent seen the clio and tbh the pictures arent clear

just seen the other pictures sweeeeeet :)

Thanks :)

How do you mean set up yourself?

I mean can you get the camber etc adjusted yourself (at home) or does that involve rocket science & expensive equipment lol?

Well I can adjust it myself, but got no idea what it is set at, think its the kind of thing that you need training in to do properly. Although I think i've set it not too far off, drives and brakes straight, just needs the toe-in sorting and camber checking etc.

On another point, I have just cut out some of the arch liner, and filed back the bumper bracket back, and lifted it up 2 turns, but it still catches on fast corners and bottomed out once today.....not sure if it is still catching on the bracket though because there is no tyre damage after a lot of scraping!!

Any ideas?!

Ah right, I'd like to learn all that too as I tend to loose faith with garages etc - some like to rip you off, very hard to get hold of the good ones lol

your style is faultless. TBH:D

Ive had my H&R's for 2 months now and i still havent had chance to fit them. :(

I'll fit them if you want mate?
Wouldn't take long.

Well I've filed some back, if my dad is home tomorrow i'll nick his grinder and use that to get them all the way back or something!
I've cut the archliner away Rob like we did on yours, so it's only the bracket thats hitting!

Haha!

The catching worries me though! So need to get that problem sorted, then I'll look at going lower! Should have some 15's soon so then i'll be able to sort it all out properly!

it will go lower, mines 23cm from bottom on front and nut removed and as low as it will go at the back, and after mallory it no longer rubs lol

Rob, next time you have a wheel off any chance you wanna take a few pics for me?!

How does the offset differ from your turinis to the cup wheels though, that might be part of it?
