Handbrake issues

just wondering if anyone else has had a problem with their handbrake?

ive been having a problem for the past 5-6 months, the handbrake gets really loose and i have to get it adjusted, but after about 2 months its all loose again.

i failed my m.o.t because of it. Only one wheel stopped when the handbrake was up!!

na not all, im always parked on a level surface, im too scared to park on gradients of any kind :dapprove:
