hard drive head unit

Hi all,
I remember seeing on top gear ages ago about a head unit that saves your cds to its internal memory when you play it. prob a sony? anyone know of a model like this that does recording to hard disc whilst it plays?? i want 1!!!

I remember these, Pioneer made one and also Sony but not seen them new.

IMO MP3's, USB's have taken over, you may find on on ebay.
