Hard warm start. 1.5dci

My 2003 clio starts hardly when warm. What can cause this problem?
I already replaced the TDC sensor. Where next?
Its fuel economy is good, so its not gonna be the coolant temp sensor.

Just broken a perfect runner for spares if you need anything engine wise.

Guessing game but replacing everything will be both irritating and costly. Clean up the cam sensor, leak down test, don't rule out the coolant sensor, check ECU wiring hasn't worn through the casing, etc

If i remive the temp sensor, will my water go out?
