has anyone managed to get a Renault dealer to fix the "3 beeps" alarm problem

This 3 beeps alarm problem seems to be quite common, yet I keep reading about dealers saying it's not a problem, refusing to fix it or giving some nonsense "reason". So has anyone actually got this fixed sucessfully?

How can we get this recognised by Renault and get it fixed? Am I right in thinking the RenaultSport sales guy reads this forum?

dito, mine only beeps after the alarm has been going off (which it did loads as soon as i took delivery of it)
