headlight adjuster help.172 cup

Hi my headlights are way to high and my adjuster down to the right dosent seem to work.is this common any ideas how to fix or where to start?(fuse?)

Put bricks under the wheels? j/k Mine seem to work fine so it must be a fuse thats blown. Anyone else?

On mine the screw stripped its thread... Cost 20 quid ish to get it sorted...

having trouble with one of mine, the left light doesnt adjust when on dipped beam, and is set too high.
