Headlight Bulbs...

Don't know if this is the right place to write in so I apolgize if it is. I'm wanting some really bright headlight bulbs in like a crystal White/tint blue? But iv been told I can't have it bright because it melts the light lens? So just wondering what people use in there Clio's, i don't want HIDs, Iv had some bulbs on my Bora what was all tinted blue and was supposed to be HIDs lookalike witch they was but they was actually sh*t saying they was 100Watt! Thanks in advance for your help.

Osram Nightbreaker+ will probably suit. You can get them from powerbulbs.co.uk (or .com, can't remember which). Think there might be a discount code on here as well.
