Headlight washer jet leaking

My passenger side headlight washer jet has started to leak now, but only the passenger side, not the drivers side. And it doesn't seem to leak much, just leaves a damp patch around the area that dries to leave a hard crusty white line down the bumper.

How do I stop this?

Am I right in thinking the bumper has to come off?!

Pah mine has started 'crying' too, did a replacement fix yours? May have to get the bumper off at the weekend
