Well after a few weeks wait i went and seen StevoC and his brother and bought some decent headlights (Xenons)

Steven and his brother popped my bumper off and had these fitted within 15mins and im well happy with them.

Well happy now that i have upgraded to xenon's

Not driven on the road as of yet, Once they where done the car has been parked up at the house and its not moved.

I have LED side lights that match the colour of the xenon.
Are you suggesting that i dont have any side lights in at all so its just the xenon ?

Yep, I've had 4 sets of sidelights, 3 of them were LED of differing sizes, and they look so much better without.

good up grade think it was to do with the weight of Xenons why they didnt come with them

I highly recommend fitting them mate. I had them fitted to my Trophy previously and it was the best mod I done.

Even if they are not the brightest of lights they still look the bee's knee's and im well happy with them.

Later on tonight i will deff be taking the car out.

I would say yeah due to the fact that they have the ignitor / ballest on them.

I dont think it would be by much and to get an exact reading of how much im guessing you would need to get them on scales as i never really felt any difference when holding them

May get some for the cup. They do look nice tbf but If there alot heavier I won't bother.

When i bought the car i thought they came as standard but they went for the Cup rear seats and pi$h front headlights

There is not that much in it that you are going to be beaten in a 1/4 mile due to the weight of your new headlights.
As i say when i had both them in my hand i could not tell the difference one bit and to find out for sure the weight you would need to get them on scales.

serious question because my friend did that with his megane... any reason for taking the side lights out? is it just like a mix of colour with them in?

Im lucky as my LED sidelights are a perfect match to the xenon headlights.
I dont know why you would take the side lights out but i guess its down to personal choice.

Mines are decent, Im guessing there is prob better and brighter out there at a cost of £££ but im well happy with my headlights.

BIG improvement, thousands better!

It cleans the cars front end up so so much and they look very smart
