Headunit...replacement due to theft!

Righto, some skaghead sh*tfu*k decided to break into my car today when it was parked at work in City Road in London (only drove in cos theres no CC!!)Anyway, they nicked the face to my stereo (but not the back bit...proves their intelligence, and mine for leaving the face in the glovebox).
I need a headunit, cheap, but with the ability to easily connect my Iriver MP3 player. I got one of those belkin radio freq jobbies (got nicked also) but the sound qualiy was poor anyway, so I want adirect feed into the headunit...
Anyone got any good recommendations?

any alpine cant go rong and for 15 quid the is an adaptor (KCA-620M) to give u rca in then get a rca to 3.5 mini jack sorted all the soud qulity u desire

also alpine do a KCA-620M which gives usb interface
